Melissa Pun is a Digital Health Product Manager in the Health Care Services Group. She is a client-focused, passionate product and delivery manager with nearly 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams. Melissa develops programs, software products and solutions that accelerate healthcare providers in solving complex problems, reducing risk and improving business and clinical outcomes. 

Most recently, Melissa served as a technology consultant at a Big 4 accounting firm’s Healthcare Advisory and Digital Risk Solutions Practice (DRS), where she led engagements with large academic healthcare providers, collaborating with internal audit, compliance, and IT functions to establish risk and control frameworks and continuous risk monitoring solutions.  She also conceived, architected, and built a suite of over 10 analytics applications providing benchmarks and novel insights by identifying measures to reduce risks and improve KPIs across compliance, clinical and revenue cycle areas.

In the past, Melissa managed large electronic health record (EHR) implementations for Epic Systems Corporation, the leading provider of healthcare software in the United States.  She served as the company-wide Ambulatory leader for Go-Live Deployment, Physician Satisfaction, and Security to provide Foundation System recommendations, and improve internal and client processes and documentation.

Melissa is a frequent speaker and has regularly led sessions for both the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors (AHIA) and Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) on physician contract compliance, EHR security auditing, and patient safety risk monitoring.
