James Hill

James W. Hill is a Senior Audit Manager in the Not-for-Profit Services Group with over 15 years of public accounting experience. He performs audit, review, and compilation services for a wide range of clients in various industries, including government, real estate, and construction. Jim also performs financial statement audits and compliance audits in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.

Jim attends annual affordable housing education courses and is responsible for preparing the training materials and instructing our group of housing specialists. He works with a variety of not-for-profits such as scholarship funds and social service organizations. Jim is responsible for overseeing the entire audit process from planning through the issuance of the financial statements and manages the day-to-day activities during the audit.

Prior to joining the firm, Jim was in private industry for a property management company for over 10 years. He finished his career there as the controller and was responsible for the management of real estate properties in accordance with HUD, PHFA, NJHMFA, RD and LIHTC guidelines.
