Eugene Camm is a Senior Director with Compensation Resources, with over 25 years of experience in human resources, including 15 years at the executive level and 10 years as a consultant. Gene is responsible for business development and project management with an expertise in sales compensation, executive compensation, performance management, and strategic human resources leadership.
Throughout his career, Gene has participated in over a dozen mergers & acquisitions that covered both the public and private sectors. His experience includes working with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations across various industries including, but not limited to, financial services, technology, e-commerce, health care, sports management, distribution, and retail sales.
Gene has served as a Governing Body Member for the Greater Philadelphia CHRO Leadership Summit, a Board Member for the South Jersey Independent Youth Football Association, and as a Commissioner and Committee Chair for the Burlington Township Recreation Commission.
