Amy Menist is an Audit Manager with firm's Real Estate Services Group and Construction Services Group. She has over 10 years of accounting experience serving both public and private real estate and construction companies. Amy manages all phases of the audit process including planning, supervising, testing, preparation of financial statements, and other audit-related services in accordance with the firm’s professional standards.
Amy also works with EisnerAmper's Environmental, Social, and Governance Services (“ESG”) team to advise real estate and construction clients on financing, developing, implementing, and documenting ESG and sustainability initiatives. She has authored articles and webinars about ESG and its impacts on the real estate industry for professional organizations and business owners.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Amy worked in accounting positions at various real estate and construction companies.
