Julie Dubois

Julie Dubois is an Accounting System Support Specialist in the firm’s Advisory Group with nearly 15 years of experience. Her experience spans multiple industries, including health care, governmental, and professional services. 
 
Julie is responsible for assisting clients post-implementation, where she provides ongoing support for core accounting modules and additional modules such as projects, purchasing, order entry, and inventory. She is passionate about educating our clients and explaining the underutilized features of Sage Intacct. Julie supports our clients’ day-to-day processes, researches solutions, and assists with timely support resolutions using available resources. She has knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer service resolution processes. Julie's experience also includes working with numerous accounting systems, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Intuit QuickBooks Desktop, and PeopleSoft ERP system.
 
Prior to joining the firm, Julie was a Project Manager at a Home Care Services Agency, where she managed several software conversion projects from analysis to completion. In this role she assumed diverse responsibilities encompassing daily operations management, office administration, bookkeeping, customer service, business development, policy and procedures analysis, employee recruitment, and onboarding.
