Colleen is adept at designing and executing HR strategies that address organizational challenges, enhance internal development programs, and ensure compliance with global HR policies.
Colleen has expertise in organizational design, change management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. She is dedicated to delivering tailored HR solutions that align with her clients’ business objectives, fostering long-term success for small to mid-sized public and private organizations across industries such as healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, life sciences, and tech startups.
Prior to joining the firm, Colleen held various HR Manager roles where she focused on developing and implementing HR infrastructure, policies, and employee lifecycle processes. She also has significant experience in manufacturing, health sciences, and technology startups, where she played a pivotal role in shaping HR programs to drive organizational efficiency and growth.
